How it works

We will arrive a little earlier than our scheduled start time to set up.

Once ready, guests can come over to have their photo taken, and we will create their portrait from the photo, allowing them to enjoy the event while we work.

Once we're finished, the completed artwork will be displayed in our pop-up gallery, where guests can collect their portraits later in the day.

Our Services

All of our event illustration packages are based on the number of drawings we can complete live on the day, with any remaining illustrations finished afterward in our studio and delivered to you post-event. Each illustration typically takes around 10 minutes to complete. If you have a specific number of guests in mind that isn’t covered in our standard packages, feel free to get in touch for a custom quote—we’re happy to tailor something that suits your needs!

Booking process

Once you have reviewed our live illustration packages, you may contact us via the website’s contact form or by email. We will then collect the necessary details regarding your event and provide an opportunity to discuss your selected package and address any questions you may have.

To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required. The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date.

FAQ

  • We cover all of the UK with extra charges for travel costs if more than an hour from our base location. We also cover events abroad with travel and hotel costs additional.

  • We require one large table( or two small ones) with two chairs. Preferably in a well lit space, but that’s not essential. And near a plug socket.

  • We use watercolour paints and pen on heavy watercolour paper. These dry very quickly so there’s no mess. Every illustration will come in a clear wallet so it stays protected on your journey home.

  • We have three different packages available which vary in price depending on how many hours you need and how many guests there will be. If you require more guest illustrations than what’s available in our packages, we will tailor a package specific to your needs and get you a quote from there.

  • We try and limit our drawings to two people so as more people can take a piece of artwork home with them.

  • If you’re unsure on how many hours to book for your event, drop us a message in the contact form or by email and we will go through what we think is the best package for your needs.

  • It takes us around 10 minutes each to paint one illustration depending on the complexity of it. Together, we both aim for around 10-12 per hour.

  • No, we cover all events. Wether it be a corporate event, birthday party or baby shower. We’ve got you!

  • Each painting roughly takes around 10mins depending on the complexity of it. There will be 2 artists painting so it will be double the time.
